Draw the Line – Partner is developed and operated by Trajan Global Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada.

Unless otherwise indicated, the original software, artwork, graphics, interface designs, written materials, game content, and other proprietary material associated with Draw the Line – Partner are owned by Trajan Global Inc. or used under licence.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of protected material is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization.

A practical distinction: Copyright protects our original expression and materials. It does not give us ownership of ordinary language, common ideas, game-night memories, or work someone creates independently.

Names and branding

Draw the Line – Partner, its associated logos, and related branding are used by Trajan Global Inc.

You may not use our names, logos, artwork, or other branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

Nothing on this page should be interpreted as claiming exclusive ownership of ordinary words, common expressions, or independently created ideas.

Player-created content

Players retain whatever rights they may hold in original drawings and other content they create.

Participation in gameplay does not, by itself, transfer ownership of those rights to Trajan Global Inc. The limited transmission or temporary processing of a drawing to operate a live game does not give us an unrestricted right to publish or commercially exploit it.

Any future arrangement for submitting, publishing, featuring, or licensing player-created material—including material submitted through a future challenge or community feature—will be governed by separate, clearly presented terms and permissions.

Our Terms of Use explain the limited permission needed to transmit and temporarily process drawings and guesses during gameplay.

Third-party references

References to third-party products, companies, platforms, services, or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

No affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from a third party is implied unless it is expressly stated.

Reporting an intellectual-property concern

If you believe material appearing in our website or application infringes your intellectual-property rights, please contact us with enough information to identify the material and explain your concern.

Helpful information may include where the material appears, the right you believe is affected, your relationship to that right, and a reliable way to contact you. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal documents.
