Acceptance and audience

Welcome to Draw the Line – Partner. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

Purpose of the Services

Draw the Line – Partner is an interactive entertainment application designed to encourage creativity, friendly competition, and shared experiences. Features, game modes, content, and availability may vary between versions, platforms, and regions. We may introduce improvements, additional content, or new features over time.

Intended audience

Draw the Line – Partner is designed for general audiences and is intended for users aged 13 and older. Parents and guardians should supervise gameplay involving younger children and should not permit them to independently provide personal information through the application.

Permitted use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Unless separately authorized, use is limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment. Commercial venues, businesses, and other organizations wishing to use the application commercially may require an appropriate commercial licence.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, information, or other users’ devices.
• Distribute modified or unauthorized copies of the application.
• Circumvent applicable purchase, licensing, or access controls.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or abuse other participants.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights to interoperability, security research, or other legally permitted activities.

Game content and purchases

The application may offer optional purchases, including additional word libraries, content packs, and game modes. Prices and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases grant a limited licence to access or use the associated content; they do not transfer ownership of the application’s intellectual property.

Purchases processed through Apple, Google, or another authorized marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s applicable payment and refund procedures. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The application, its original software, artwork, interface elements, game content, branding, and related materials are owned by Trajan Global Inc. or used under appropriate licence. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected materials except where permitted by law or expressly authorized.

The application may contain words, phrases, and other elements that are commonly used in everyday language. These Terms do not claim exclusive ownership over ordinary language or independently created ideas.

Player conduct and player-created content

Players are responsible for the names, drawings, guesses, and other material they create or communicate during gameplay. Drawings and guesses created by players do not necessarily reflect the views of Trajan Global Inc.

Players are expected to keep their contributions appropriate for the people participating in their game. You agree not to use the Services to transmit unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited material.

You retain any rights you may have in original content you create. Where player-created content must be transmitted or temporarily processed to provide gameplay, you authorize the limited use of that content for that purpose.

These Terms do not grant Trajan Global Inc. an unrestricted right to publish or commercially exploit player-created artwork. Any future features involving public uploads, drawing libraries, or shared content repositories may require additional terms and permissions.

Updates, availability, and third-party services

Updates and availability

We may update the application to introduce features, correct errors, improve compatibility, or address security concerns. We strive to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee that every service or feature will be continuously available or compatible with every device.

Where practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect purchased functionality. We will not intentionally withdraw paid content merely to require customers to purchase substantially the same content again.

Third-party services

Certain features may depend on third-party platforms or service providers. These services may have separate terms, policies, or technical requirements. Trajan Global Inc. is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Legal terms

Disclaimer of warranties

We endeavour to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trajan Global Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, or to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, serious misuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any suspension or termination will remain subject to applicable legal rights and obligations, including those involving purchased content.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any necessary consent will be obtained. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights or lawful remedies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or rights available to users under the laws of their place of residence.
