V1 can be played without creating a personal account.
Follow the buildYour information. Clearly explained.
Privacy,
without the fog.
Draw the Line – Partner is designed to bring people together—not to collect more information than the game needs.
We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
Live-room information is used to run the game and is not a permanent player history.
This Privacy Policy explains how Trajan Global Inc. handles information when you visit drawthelinepartner.com or use Draw the Line – Partner, including the V1 multiplayer game.
It applies to the website, mobile application, and related services collectively referred to here as the “Services.” The V1 application is still in pre-release testing. We will update this policy before public release if the production technology or data practices change.
01
Information we handle
Information stored on your device
The application stores information needed to remember your experience, including your display name, preferred language, accessibility and drawing-surface preferences, host preset, tutorial and warning choices, local content-unlock information, the current room reference, and an anonymous player identifier.
The version of the Terms of Use accepted on the device is also saved locally so you do not have to accept the same version every time you play. V1 does not send that acceptance record to Trajan Global Inc. and does not attach a name, signature, or acceptance timestamp to it.
Live multiplayer information
To operate a multiplayer room, the application processes player display names and preferred languages, room and team assignments, game settings, drawings, guesses, scores, connection state, timestamps, and game statistics. This information is transmitted between participating devices through Firebase Realtime Database.
V1 does not create permanent player accounts. Scores and statistics remain associated with the live room so players can review the post-game results, but they are not retained as a personal game history.
Information you send us
If you contact us for support, privacy assistance, feedback, or another request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Purchases
Optional purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized marketplace. Trajan Global Inc. does not directly receive the payment-card or banking information used by those marketplaces. We may receive limited transaction information needed to confirm purchases, restore eligible content, assist with problems, and meet legal obligations.
Technical information
Our website, application, and supporting service providers may process limited technical information needed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. This can include IP addresses, device or browser information, connection information, diagnostic records, and service-access logs.
Not part of V1: The application does not currently offer player accounts, public profiles, public matchmaking, persistent drawing or video uploads, or a permanent player-statistics history. If those features are introduced, this policy and any required permissions will be updated first.
02
How information is used
We use information only where reasonably necessary to:
- Operate multiplayer rooms and deliver game features.
- Remember local settings, preferences, and eligible content.
- Display scores and statistics while a room remains open.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy requests.
- Confirm or restore eligible purchases.
- Diagnose problems, prevent misuse, and protect service security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, use third-party advertising in Draw the Line – Partner, or build profiles for targeted advertising.
03
Storage, retention, and deletion
Local information
Information stored locally may remain until you clear it through Player Profile → Clear Local Player Data, remove the application’s data through your device settings, or uninstall the application, subject to your device and backup settings. Clearing local player data also replaces the device’s anonymous Firebase identity. The control is unavailable while the device is participating in a room.
Drawings and guesses
Drawings and guesses remain available during the active turn and its post-turn discussion. In Dual Draw, moving between the two simultaneous easels does not delete either drawing. Once all required players acknowledge Tap to Continue, the completed stage’s drawings and guesses are deleted before the next unrelated drawing stage begins. They are also deleted when the game reaches its final-results state or the host closes the room.
Rooms, scores, and statistics
When the host closes a room, the complete room record is deleted, including players, settings, drawings, guesses, scores, and statistics. If the host has been disconnected for at least 30 minutes, a connected or returning participant can confirm the expiry and delete the room. Connected participants are then returned to the main menu.
During pre-release testing, expiry is currently assisted by a participating device. If everybody abandons a test room and nobody returns, automated server cleanup is not yet available and the record may remain until it is removed through maintenance. Reliable backend cleanup is required before the production release.
05
Your choices and rights
You can clear locally stored player information using the application control described above. You may also contact us to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion of eligible information.
We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law. Some security, transactional, or legal records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Because V1 does not use permanent player accounts, we may not be able to identify a particular person from an anonymous technical or live-room record without enough information to locate it.
06
Age and family play
Draw the Line – Partner is designed for general audiences and is intended for users aged 13 and older. Parents and guardians should supervise gameplay involving younger children and should not permit them to independently provide personal information through the application.
Drawings and guesses are created by individual players and do not necessarily reflect the views of Trajan Global Inc. Players are expected to keep their contributions appropriate for the people participating in their game.
If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, please contact us.
Security & changes
Safeguards and policy updates
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information being processed. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take responsible protection and incident response seriously.
We may update this policy as the application, website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective or review date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
